The property was in real need of modernisation, so our team refreshed key rooms, repaired tired surfaces and upgraded finishes to create a brighter, more comfortable living space. LXM Building Services completed external waterproofing works in West London to resolve internal water ingress caused by a missing drip detail at a parapet wall. Works included propping the parapet, exposing and treating the steel beams with rust inhibitor and bitumen paint, then installing a new brick-on-edge and slate drip detail with weatherstruck pointing to match the existing wall, restoring protection and appearance.

LXM Building Services delivered a full internal strip out and roof refurbishment in Newbury, Oxfordshire, transforming a former Halifax Bank into a secure, weathertight commercial space. Works included removing six cash safes, installing a new warm-deck Proteus roof system, DOFF cleaning and re-pointing the stone façade, and redecorating windows and pipework. The building is now ready for a new business to occupy this prime high-street unit.
