Old tiles removed and replaced with pre sealed natural sandstone to upgrade a roof terrace and garden area
LXM Building Services recently completed an external paving project in Notting Hill, transforming a tired roof terrace and adjoining garden area with new natural sandstone. The existing tiles were carefully lifted and removed, clearing the way for a clean, durable finish that suits the property’s outdoor layout and everyday use.
To achieve a long lasting result, the natural sandstone was pre sealed before installation.
This helps protect the stone from moisture and staining and supports easier maintenance, which is especially important on roof terraces where weather exposure is constant. The new paving was then laid with consistent levels and neat joints, creating a brighter, more premium surface that ties in with the client’s outdoor furniture and planting.
The finished space is now more practical for entertaining and day to day living, with a cleaner look and improved durability underfoot. This project reflects LXM’s attention to detail on external works across London, delivering outdoor spaces that look refined, perform well, and stay that way.
