LXM Building Services is currently delivering a comprehensive internal refurbishment and garden renovation in Bromley, transforming a traditional family property into a modern and functional home. This live project demonstrates our integrated approach to structural reconfiguration, interior upgrades and outdoor enhancement, all tailored to suit the needs of today’s homeowners.

The works began with the reconfiguration of the ground floor, where we are opening up the existing layout to create a large, flowing open-plan living, dining and kitchen space.
